What you need:
Required Skills-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering—Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Experience 12 years - 15 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation, process development, or advanced manufacturing.
Preferred Skills
Strong ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, with strong understanding of DFM principles.
Deep knowledge of Computer vision/programming with Python /Industrial automation/ electrical/ pneumatic, and hydraulic systems used in automated manufacturing.
Working knowledge of process validation, statistical tools (PFMEA, SPC), and methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving (DMAIC).
Ability to communicate moderately complex technical concepts, project plans, and system architectures to cross-functional team members.
