Responsibilities
Lead design, architecture, and development of complex software systems and components
Provide technical mentorship and drive code reviews, engineering standards, and best practices
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Project Management teams across product lifecycle
Drive technical innovation through prototyping, process improvements, and patent contributions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
10+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in Modern C++, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Hands-on experience with Qt/QML, Google Test, debugging, and code analysis tools
Deep understanding of SDLC, software quality, testing, and deployment practices
Technical leadership experience with architecture reviews and mentoring
