About the Opportunity A fast-scaling technology firm in the enterprise SaaS and fintech enablement space, we build high-performance, cloud-native platforms that power mission-critical operations for global clients. Our engineering culture thrives on autonomy, innovation, and shipping clean, scalable code — with a focus on distributed systems, API-first architecture, and resilient backend infrastructure. Remote-first, global team, zero commute, maximum impact.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
Lead architecture decisions for distributed microservices; own uptime, latency, and resilience under load.
Optimize critical paths in data pipelines and transaction workflows to support high-throughput fintech use-cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and QA to define spec, test coverage, and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices — code reviews, observability, incident post-mortems.
Contribute to platform tooling: service discovery, config management, logging, and automated health checks.
