Skills Required:Mobile Automation (XCUITest, Espresso), Swift, Kotlin, Contentstack CMS Testing, Firebase, REST API Testing, Charles Proxy, Postman, CI/CD (Bitrise, GitHub Actions)This role will be responsible for: - Defining and executing comprehensive mobile quality and automation strategies for top level cCommerce iOS and Android applications. - Building highly composable, maintainable test automation frameworks from the ground up using native tools (XCUITest, Espresso) and modern scripting. - Validating dynamic content delivery, schema integrations, and webhooks driven by Contentstack CMS and real-time Firebase backend infrastructure. - Ensuring the longevity, performance, accessibility, and security of our mobile applications through continuous test integration and meticulous release profiling. - Mentoring a team of quality and software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, shift-left testing, and engineering excellence.Required:- 8+ years of software quality engineering experience with a strong focus on native iOS and Android mobile platforms. - 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience using native frameworks: Swift (XCUITest) for iOS and Kotlin (Espresso / Compose UI Test Kit) for Android. - 3+ years of experience testing and validating headless CMS integrations (Contentstack preferred) via REST Delivery, GraphQL, and Sync APIs. - 5+ years of experience validating cloud backend architectures and Firebase cloud services (Firestore, FCM, Remote Config, Auth, Crashlytics). - 5+ years of experience with API testing tools (Postman, Bruno) and network debugging proxies (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or Proxyman). - 5+ years of experience integrating mobile automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, Xcode Cloud, or GitHub Actions). - 8+ years of experience in defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and performance profiling using Xcode Instruments and Android Studio Profiler. - Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA principles and hands-on accessibility testing with VoiceOver and TalkBack.- Strong understanding of mobile application design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and how they impact testability. - 5+ years of experience developing and executing test strategies within an agile development methodology. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate quality metrics to both technical and Business audiences. - Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, effectively conveying quality vision and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. - Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency. - Responsible, conscientious, organized, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. - Detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze potential future issues. - Able to support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on call responsibilities on a rotational basis.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM-related field, or foreign equivalent.Recommended:- Experience testing mobile applications in an online ecommerce environment. - Experience with cloud testing grids (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or AWS Device Farm). - Experience with Server-Driven UI (SDUI) testing strategies. - Experience with mobile security testing (SSL Pinning, OAuth 2.0, Keychain/KeyStore encryption). - Knowledge of SOX, PII, PCI, CCPA, HIPAA regulations for mobile transactions, security, and confidentiality.
