Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Developer in Gurgaon, भारत

Stryker seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop embedded Linux applications for wireless gateway medical devices. This hybrid role requires 5–8 years of experience in embedded systems, modern C++, and design patterns, with exposure to hardware interfaces and real-time operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop application software for embedded Linux systems on wireless gateway products
• Implement features based on software and system requirements with code and document reviews
• Manage embedded Linux build systems, U-BOOT, Yocto, CMake, and cybersecurity patch updates
• Perform board bring-up, hardware–software debugging, and integration testing

Requirements

• 5–8 years embedded software application, middleware development, and testing experience
• Advanced C++ and object-oriented programming skills, including Modern C++ (C++11/14)
• Experience architecting applications with design patterns and cross-compilation environments
• Solid knowledge of test-driven development, unit test frameworks, and continuous integration
• Familiarity with Linux, VxWorks, or QNX operating systems and RTOS
• Exposure to hardware interfaces: BSP, drivers, DDRx, SDHC, PCIe, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet
