Responsibilities
Evaluate, benchmark, and adapt state-of-the-art vision architectures for real-world constraints
Design, train, and fine-tune computer vision models for object detection, classification, tracking, and segmentation
Architect data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation workflows for complex visual datasets
Optimize deep learning models for latency and throughput using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, and model compression techniques
Implement active learning and monitoring systems to detect data drift and production model failures
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering with 5+ years experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
5+ years hands-on experience designing and training production computer vision models
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and solid OpenCV and NumPy knowledge
Deep expertise in CNNs, Vision Transformers, and modern real-time detector architectures
Proficiency in end-to-end MLOps practices and model optimization techniques
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities
