Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Production Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, Python, Control-M, and DevOps tools. The role involves supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand functional requirements, architecture and high level design, subsequently propose and implement low level design.
• Develop code using Software Craftsmanship best practices like Continuous integration, Continuous delivery and deployment.
• Support and solve problems in Homologation and production environment. Identify root causes for higher issues.
Skill Set Required:
Informatica Powercenter, Bash Shell Unix, Oracle SQL, Python, Control M, Dev ops, JIRA, Jenkins, Verbal Communication, Active listening, Learning agility.
