Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable React JS and advanced JavaScript web applications for enterprise clients.
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Java and Spring Boot backend microservices.
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with product owners and business analysts.
Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with React JS frontends.
Implement secure coding practices, conduct code reviews, and reduce defects and vulnerabilities.
Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Create technical documentation for system designs, microservice interfaces, and frontend architectures.
Mentor junior engineers in JavaScript, React JS, Java, and Spring Boot.
Coordinate unit, integration, and regression testing strategies with quality engineering teams.
Modernize legacy components and contribute to architectural patterns for scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, monitoring, and system reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Seven to ten years of hands-on experience designing and building large-scale enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, and related server-side frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in React JS, advanced JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Practical experience designing, building, and deploying microservices, including service discovery, configuration management, and fault handling.
Strong unit testing, integration testing, and test automation experience across frontend and backend components.
Working knowledge of relational or document databases and efficient data modeling.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed hybrid teams and stakeholders.
Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer, Spring Professional Certification, or equivalent cloud-native microservices credentials.
