We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent modules.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, and APIs.
Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
Create and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Support Workday releases and feature adoption.
Hands-on experience with:
Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, JSON
Strong experience with Workday HCM integrations.
Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
Knowledge of data transformation and integration best practices.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
