Leverage AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to improve engineering productivity, code quality, documentation, and testing.
Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and performance before production deployment.
Participate in AI-driven code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve products and engineering practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems and APIs using modern technologies and engineering best practices.
Own one or more product modules and work closely with the Technical Lead to deliver high-quality solutions.
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Design and optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Implement robust security practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high system availability.
Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize backend services.
Experience of AI-powered development to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and testing.

Experience in TypeScript.
Strong experience with AWS Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, etc.
Strong experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
Good experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, and code quality tools such as Jest, Mocha, SonarQube, etc.
Strong experience using Git and modern source control workflows.
5–8 years of overall software development experience.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Datadog, AppDynamics, and related engineering tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Continental R&D centers and partner locations.
