Senior Software Development Engineer, Full Stack in Pune, India

Responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Develop software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; following the software development lifecycle; Develops flow charts, layouts and documentation Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming Recommend state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; maintain personal networks; remain passionate about great technologies, especially open source Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential; Improve applications by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs) Understands multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions; understands programming and testing standards; understands industry standards for traditional and agile development Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility; Security & Compliance Principles - Applies standards, tools, and best practices to embed security, privacy, and compliance into the design/build/test/operate lifecycle for products, services, apps, systems, software, and configurations—balancing protection, efficiency, and cost.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. Experience: Experience working as a software engineer with the following knowledge and experiences are preferred:

• Professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack web solutions using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and database technologies.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and microservices using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud and serverless solutions using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and related platform services.
• Develop and support Drupal-based websites, content management solutions, and platform integrations.
• Implement secure coding practices and support application security, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.
• Apply DevSecOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, source control, automated testing, code quality reviews, and release management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation technologies to improve business processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and customer experience objectives.
