Responsibilities
Design, architect, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions addressing business needs
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and best practices
Collaborate with business analysts and IT Operations to automate processes and integrate systems
Deploy solutions, monitor performance, and lead team activities to achieve project objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience
Hands-on experience with Service Portal, HRSD, ServiceNow Workspaces, and Virtual Agent modules
ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or HRSD) preferred
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and scripting languages
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
