GE HealthCare seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead their Enterprise Digital Services (EDS) platform team in Bengaluru. This role combines Agile facilitation with strict regulatory compliance oversight, ensuring consistent delivery while maintaining quality standards critical to patient safety in a global healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and cross-team coordination through Scrum of Scrums to manage dependencies
• Remove impediments and shield team from distractions to maintain delivery focus and high performance
• Manage sprint capacity planning based on actual availability, accounting for time off and overhead
• Enforce Definition of Ready and Definition of Done quality gates to ensure regulatory compliance
• Track team metrics including velocity, say-do ratio, and cycle time to drive predictability improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field
• Minimum 10 years of Agile delivery experience; 7+ years as dedicated Scrum Master
• Enterprise platform software product management in large, matrixed organizations
• Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Finance, or Aerospace) with QMS compliance
• Expert proficiency in Rally or Jira, including board configuration and reporting
• Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certification
