Amgen seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead the Customer & Campaign Readiness Product Team as an Agile coach and facilitator. The role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, driving SAFe adoption, and delivering business outcomes in a complex enterprise environment across distributed geographies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and mentor members on Agile best practices and servant leadership
• Support SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Remove impediments, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in Agile delivery, team leadership, or IT project management
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) expertise and certification preferred
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, flow metrics, and continuous improvement
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies
