One of our banking clients is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Credit Cards to drive acquisition of NTB corporate clients and overall growth of the commercial credit card business across assigned cities/region.
Key Responsibilities
Execute customer onboarding, training, and spend activation.
Support Relationship Heads (RHs) and coverage teams in deal closure, onboarding, client activation, and spend growth.
Assist RHs and Coverage Teams in completing deal documentation and onboarding.
Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding.
Train clients on the corporate card portal and digital tools.
Track card usage and proactively drive spend enhancement.
Act as the point of contact for post-onboarding support.
Drive revenue and profitability.
Contribute to team and culture building.
Meet all revenue targets.
