We are seeking experienced Senior US Healthcare Recruiters specializing in full-cycle healthcare staffing. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and pharmaceutical positions in the US market.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and ATS systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and healthcare recruitment best practices.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical staffing .
Strong understanding of technical roles , engineering positions , and pharmaceutical industry requirements .
Proficiency in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , and leading job portals .
A proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Candidate sourcing and networking using various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Resume screening and candidate evaluation based on technical and non-technical skills.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and industry-specific hiring trends.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and CRM tools for candidate management.
Relationship building and account management with clients and candidates.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.
