As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch candidates for our clients. Your expertise in MS-Excel and MS-Office, along with your proficiency in spoken English, will be key assets in this role.

1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
5. Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media and professional networking sites.
6. Prepare job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
