About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
4. Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
5. Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with candidates and interview panels.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Coordinate with Branch Heads, Department Heads, and Management regarding manpower requirements.
8. Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Tracker / ATS.
9. Manage candidate documentation, offer discussions, LOI, appointment formalities, and joining coordination.
10. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment requirements.
11. Maintain a database of active and potential candidates for future requirements.
12. Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining status.
13. Handle candidate queries and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
14. Support other HR activities as and when required.
