Responsibilities
Qualify suppliers and manage approved supplier list per Medtronic standards
Lead PPAP execution and supplier process validation using IQ, OQ, PQ methodology
Define receiving inspection requirements and validate test methods
Conduct supplier audits and manage corrective/preventive actions
Provide technical support to suppliers throughout product qualification lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline
8-12 years of quality systems experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understanding of engineering principles and medical device applications
Ability to work across time zones with international teams
ASQ quality certification (CQE, CSQE, or CQA preferred)
