We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer with a strong background in test automation and an AI-first mindset. The ideal candidate will leverage automation frameworks, AI-driven testing practices, and cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate quality assurance cycles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites, ensuring product reliability and user confidence while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks, with strong focus on Selenium and AI-driven enhancements.
Leverage Claude Code and Cursor to automate test generation, debugging, and intelligent validation processes.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify test scenarios, expand coverage, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Apply AI-first methodologies to improve test efficiency, reduce flakiness, and proactively identify quality risks.
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to defining automation best practices across the organization.
Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and frameworks to modernize QA practices.
Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and usability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g., Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable test deployments.
