Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and hands-on experience using no-code / low-code automation tools. This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end product quality across releases, owning testing strategy and execution, managing defects, validating APIs and performance, and mentoring junior QA engineers. Traditional coding-based automation skills are not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end manual testing activities across multiple releases
Define and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test execution reports
Perform Release Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, and Smoke Testing
Design, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements
Ensure test coverage and traceability against requirements and acceptance criteria
Use no-code / low-code automation tools to automate repetitive and regression test scenarios
Perform Black Box and White Box testing to validate functionality and internal logic
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent
Execute performance testing to assess system stability, scalability, and responsiveness
Identify, log, track, and validate defects using standard bug reporting and defect lifecycle processes
Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, defect leakage, and release quality indicators
Provide quality insights and recommendations to support Go / No-Go release decisions
Coordinate and ensure test environment readiness for planned test cycles
Manage and validate test data across different environments
Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Business teams to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues
Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives
Perform post-release validation and support production issue analysis and hotfix verification
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
