Senior Program Manager - Change & Transformation:We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale global enterprise transformation and migration initiatives, driving business transformation, change management, operating model redesign, and platform https://jobeax.com/link/u9A4ADTvcJvxUftk Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end global transformation/program delivery.- Drive Change Management, OCM, adoption, and business readiness.- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) and re-engineer business processes.- Manage PMO governance, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Data Migration, Security, Legal & Compliance.- Drive stakeholder management and value realization post-implementation.Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Enterprise Transformation / Management Consulting.- Experience with large-scale SaaS / ERP / CRM / enterprise system implementations.- Strong OCM, BPR, TOM and stakeholder management experience.- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.- Big 4 / GCC consulting experience preferred.- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci/ADKAR or SAFe preferred.
