Quick Heal's retail business powers millions of active devices across India through a trusted network of tens of thousands of channel partners, distributors, and local IT dealers. AI ) and expand our footprint into the SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) and lower-SMB segment , we are seeking a growth-oriented Senior Product Manager .
Monetizing our retail user base through AI-driven fraud protection and seamlessly upgrading growing micro-businesses from individual retail licenses to centralized SOHO Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP) .
# Channel Network Digitalization: Productizing the Quick Heal Partner App/Portal to empower offline IT dealers to sell multi-product security solutions and capture SOHO upgrade opportunities at the point of sale.
Identify & Convert SOHO Users: Analyze telemetry and usage patterns across the retail base to identify multi-device power users and micro-businesses (5–20 seats), building automated in-app conversion paths to Quick Heal SOHO EPP .
Tailor the onboarding, light-management console, and feature set of SOHO EPP so that non-technical business owners or local dealers can deploy and manage it without needing a dedicated IT administrator.
User Monetization & Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Optimize end-to-end license renewal loops across desktop, mobile, and web channels leveraging UPI AutoPay, behavioral nudges, and timely renewal triggers.
Partner Experience (B2B2C): Own the roadmap for the Quick Heal Partner App/Portal , equipping local IT dealers with digital tools to sell both consumer upgrades and SOHO EPP bundles.

Data-Driven & Technical: with the ability to simplify complex EPP/AI capabilities for non-technical users.
