1. Apply prior knowledge of overseas education, immigration, recruitment, HR, sales, BPO, insurance, or counseling
2. File cases, follow up with clients for required documents, and resolve client queries
3. Prepare visa documentation based on requirements for the US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe
