Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and forward-thinking FP&A Analyst / Senior Process Associate / SME to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Advanced MS Excel, and Power BI . The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and support business performance optimization.

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3) .

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field .

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis activities.

• Prepare and analyze financial and variance reports.

• Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support operational and financial decisions.

• Manage and maintain financial data using Oracle ERP and related planning systems.

• Support reporting and analysis using Hyperion, Smart View, Power BI, and Advanced Excel .

• Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Support financial planning cycles and reforecasting activities.

• Provide insights to help business leaders optimize financial and operational performance.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Good-to-Have Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and planning platforms such as:

  • Oracle EPM

  • Hyperion

  • Smart View

• Strong understanding of:

  • P&L

  • Balance Sheet

  • Cash Flow

  • Accounting policies

  • Capital allocation frameworks

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modeling, formulas, and data tables.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau .

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
