Responsibilities
Set strategy and lead cross-functional programs scaling ML, GenAI, optimization, and RWD products and platforms
Design, deploy, and manage reusable analytical platforms spanning clinical operations, feasibility, patient access, and portfolio efficiency
Define and scale RWD analytics using EHR, claims, registries, and trial data for decision-grade evidence generation
Establish standards for solution architecture, validation, governance, risk management, privacy, and responsible AI deployment
Measure portfolio impact through product reuse, adoption, and performance against agreed outcomes
Requirements
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, biostatistics, health economics, or quantitative discipline; PhD preferred
8+ years leading cross-functional programs and scaling data science, AI, optimization, or RWD capabilities
Expertise in predictive modeling, optimization, GenAI, and RWD analytics in clinical development or regulated environments
Experience developing production-ready analytical products with validation, monitoring, and lifecycle management standards
Strong knowledge of model governance, MLOps, privacy, data quality, and responsible AI
Proven executive influence and experience mentoring technical talent across functions
