Responsibilities

• Process and correct payroll transactions while meeting critical deadlines
• Review, validate, and approve payroll files, reconciliations, and bank files
• Support pre-payroll and year-end activities including data finalization and tax reporting
• Resolve payroll errors with vendors, internal teams, and external providers
• Lead country-specific and global payroll projects and provide guidance to contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of payroll operations experience in corporate or MNC environments
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Workday and third-party application integration
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail
• Project management experience handling multiple priorities
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
