Key responsibilities:

1. Manage student leads, CRM, WhatsApp, and follow-up activities.
2. Execute SOPs and coordinate daily operations, batches, and workshops.
3. Guide students through counseling, admissions, onboarding, and support.
4. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
