Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive market creation, marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.
2. Oversee service delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Manage profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with external partners, including digital marketing agencies and technology providers.
5. Lead cross-functional teams across academics, marketing, sales, customer care, technology, finance, and HR.
6. Ensure strong MIS, systems, processes, and governance structures.
7. Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders.
8. Drive strategic growth and scaling initiatives.
9. Implement AI- and technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
