Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions using domain knowledge and business experience
Work across all application layers including UI and backend systems
Analyze user requirements and make technical decisions within defined parameters
Lead or support small to medium-complexity projects and system components
Review functional specifications and provide peer mentoring to junior engineers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of relevant software development experience
Full-stack development capability across front-end and backend
Understanding of quality standards and software design principles
Ability to work with limited supervision and make autonomous decisions
