Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager to develop and lead sales training programs for the APAC Surgical business unit across multiple locations. This role involves designing clinical and technical curriculum, assessing field team capabilities, and measuring program effectiveness to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and lead execution of BU-related sales training programs across APAC region
Design sales training curriculum content in collaboration with marketing, GHER, operations, and medical affairs teams
Assess field sales team knowledge and capabilities using analytics; develop targeted skill-building programs
Measure program effectiveness through surveys, field feedback, and KOL review; implement improvements
Lead evaluation and development of new training platforms and provide ongoing direction on development programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years in sales, marketing, or healthcare
Proven experience in the medical device industry
Expertise in instructional design and clinical/technical training content development
Demonstrated success as a trainer in clinical and/or sales environments
Ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into engaging learning materials
Experience with training strategy conception, development, and field adoption implementation
