Senior Manager - Systems & V&V in Bangalore, भारत

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Manager to lead Systems and Verification & Validation for CVUS digital products across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role combines technical leadership of system integration and test automation strategy with people management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality and release predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CVUS Digital Systems and V&V organization in Bengaluru
• Own system requirements, interfaces, integration strategy, and verification approach for digital products
• Develop and execute system V&V strategies and define scalable test automation frameworks and infrastructure
• Establish metrics for automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and release readiness
• Build, hire, coach, and retain Systems and V&V talent; manage performance and competency development

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 15+ years in software-intensive product development, systems engineering, or verification and validation
• 5+ years of functional engineering leadership with people management and organizational capability building
• Proven experience leading Systems Engineering and V&V teams for complex digital products
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Demonstrated ability to define test automation strategies and implement scalable frameworks
• Experience testing complex products across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
