Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality, production, and other support functions.
Identify potential project risks and issues; establish and execute mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and milestone communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements, specifications, and expectations are fully met.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and drive continuous improvement within processes and documentation.
Conduct project review meetings and ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualification:
* BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field
Experience:
* 10–12 years of experience in Project Management within manufacturing/engineering environments.
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
