Responsibilities

• Assess statistical needs of GPS network stakeholders and recommend appropriate analytical techniques
• Collaborate with manufacturing and analytical teams to design studies and analyze process robustness datasets
• Support method lifecycle qualification, validation, and investigations for analytical and QC functions
• Develop statistical methods for batch compliance, specifications, and expiry determination to prevent rejections and recalls
• Train and advance statistical competency of BMS personnel in statistical process control and awareness

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 2+ years experience, or PhD with no additional experience required
• Mastery of DOE, regression modeling, variance component analysis, multivariate analysis, process capability, and control charts
• Advanced proficiency with statistical software such as JMP, SAS, or R
• Strong ability to design studies, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable recommendations
• Capability to teach statistical methods to non-statistician personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Biopharmaceutical manufacturing and CMC statistics background preferred
