Main Duties
Oversee the maintenance, servicing, calibration, and availability of all MOW plant, machinery, vehicles, and specialized railway maintenance equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance programmes are implemented to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate workshop operations to ensure timely repair and deployment of maintenance equipment.
Monitor spare parts inventory, equipment utilization, and maintenance costs to support efficient project execution.
Ensure all workshop activities comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Other Duties
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

Required Academic Qualification
# Qualification
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in railway, infrastructure, and heavy maintenance projects.
Minimum 10 years in senior project management or leadership roles managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
Proven experience delivering large-scale railway or infrastructure maintenance contracts.
Strong experience in contract administration, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership.
