Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager of Insights & Analytics to lead a newly established analytics team within their Hyderabad Global Capability Center. The role involves overseeing direct-to-consumer analytics, market insights, and competitive intelligence while supporting commercial strategy across the Immunology portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage 10+ professionals across DTC/P analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence functions
Build and scale analytics capabilities and establish operating standards within the Hyderabad GCC
Direct analytics projects supporting commercial strategy for key Immunology products
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership
Drive innovation, standardization, and operational excellence across multiple analytics workstreams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years commercial analytics, market research, or pharmaceutical/biotech analytics experience
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
Expertise in media measurement, attribution methodologies, and data clean-room outputs
Knowledge of survey-based market research, competitive intelligence methodologies, and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem and Immunology market landscape
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex findings to senior leadership
