Senior Manager leading identity and access management operations at a global biopharmaceutical company. Responsible for service delivery across provisioning, governance, access management, and privileged access management platforms, while driving IAM strategy and managing teams across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Lead daily IAM service operations and incident response across multiple global locations and platforms
Execute identity strategy roadmap and oversee implementation of IAM transformations and modernizations
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security controls, and regulatory obligations in biopharmaceutical context
Manage IAM teams and individual contributors; establish performance standards and develop talent
Establish operational priorities for incidents, changes, compliance work, and maintain agreed service levels
Requirements
Experience leading IAM service operations and incident management in regulated environments
Technical knowledge of identity platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, CyberArk, or similar
Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT operations, change control, and compliance processes
People leadership experience with ability to build and develop cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Understanding of security governance, access controls, and audit requirements
