Senior Manager position supporting Bristol Myers Squibb's Patient Safety group and QPPV team in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory safety actions, coordinating aggregate safety reports, managing PSUR submissions, and driving process improvements across pharmacovigilance operations.

Responsibilities

• Screen Health Authority websites for safety action notices on BMS products and escalate findings per protocol
• Coordinate submission documentation for centralized and non-centralized product safety reports in EEA
• Provide backup support for PSUR/PBRER coordination, QPPV Statement management, and nomination letter execution
• Generate analytics data for QPPV oversight including safety variations and notifications tracking
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Patient Safety organization effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• University degree in health, life sciences, or nursing qualification
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience, with 3-5 years in pharmacovigilance or related field
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex problems using data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and operational digital tools
• Experience with advanced tool functionalities and digital automation integration
