Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day ERP operations ensuring high availability, stability, and performance across SAP platforms
Lead proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution to minimize system downtime
Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain adherence to SOX, GDPR, and GxP standards
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve system resilience and user experience
Lead and develop high-performing run team across global locations, collaborating with solution and infrastructure teams
Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science/IT with 12-15 years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 14-17 years experience
Demonstrated success leading ERP operations for large, global, regulated enterprises with focus on stability and compliance
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and RISE operations including monitoring and incident management
Proven ability to manage vendor performance and drive accountability through metrics and SLAs
Hands-on experience deploying automation and process optimization to enhance ERP reliability and scalability
ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategist certification preferred
Strong stakeholder management and strategic systems-level thinking with ability to influence across functions
