Senior Manager, Data Management Lead in Hyderabad, भारत

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager to lead commercial data platform development and governance for their new Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing data transformation initiatives, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and collaborating with US-based teams to deliver analytics-ready solutions that support enterprise decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prioritization and deployment of commercial data platform features aligned with governance and business priorities
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure ensuring data quality, accessibility, performance, and cost optimization
  • Integrate licensed and internal data assets to create analytics-ready datasets for stakeholders
  • Evaluate and implement next-generation capabilities including anomaly detection, AI/LLM applications, and knowledge management
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement across data management processes and governance practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field
  • 10+ years of data management experience leading platforms, governance, or transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, modeling, profiling, and end-to-end data flows
  • Proven ability leading complex global data transformation programs across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with vendor transitions, insourcing initiatives, and GCC operational models
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements for commercial data
