Role Overview

Lead the architectural design process from concept through execution, helping win projects and deliver cost-efficient, client-approved designs while maintaining quality, compliance, and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of design playbooks and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Assist with end-to-end client pitches, including requirements gathering, design presentations, and timely RFP submissions.
• Lead design stages from concept and schematic development through GFC drawings.
• Lead client presentations and secure design approvals.
• Coordinate with MEP, quantity surveying, and execution teams to support seamless project delivery.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising design quality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and recognised design best practices.
• Mentor and manage junior architects and draftspeople.
• Maintain high design standards across all projects.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–14 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs or workplace design preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Expertise in design development, execution drawings, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design-presentation tools.
