Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead analytics product strategy and technology for its global obesity business. This India-based role focuses on developing business-facing products that enable data-driven decision-making, while advancing AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation across the organization.
Responsibilities
Own product roadmap and technology prioritization for decision-support capabilities including Gateway and SKU Solver
Conduct product discovery, design user journeys, and translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
Lead delivery of business-facing tools, dashboards, and applications from concept through release and adoption
Serve as product lead for AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation opportunities
Manage cross-functional India-based pod and vendor partnerships to maintain product quality and business alignment
Requirements
Doctorate degree and 4+ years relevant experience, OR Master's degree and 8+ years, OR Bachelor's degree and 10+ years
Product strategy and roadmap development experience
Technical fluency with ability to lead technology prioritization
Experience designing user-centered products and simplifying complex workflows
Track record delivering business tools and managing cross-functional teams
Knowledge of AI, automation, and data-driven decision support systems
