Tax Architecture & Implementation :- Design and deploy end-to-end SAP FI-Tax solutions (including GST, VAT, TCS/TDS, and Withholding Tax configurations) to ensure full compliance with regional and global statutory requirements.2. Complex Tax Integrations :- Lead tax integration projects by collaborating with business process owners to translate intricate tax laws into scalable, automated SAP system workflows.3. Audit & Process Optimization :- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and system audits to identify optimization opportunities, keeping tax reporting efficient, streamlined, and error-free for the finance department.4. Team Mentorship & Growth :- Mentor junior consultants and cross-functional team members by providing technical guidance on SAP best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.5. Core Functional Expertise :- Deep expertise in configuring SAP FI/CO modules with a specialized focus on Direct and Indirect Tax, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA tax engines and localization tools.2. Tax Compliance Knowledge :- Strong practical understanding of statutory tax laws (GST, Withholding Tax, e-Invoicing, e-Way bill integrations, VAT compliance).3. Communication & Advisory :- Proven ability to articulate complex technical tax concepts clearly to non-technical financial leaders and stakeholders.4. Problem Solving & Analytics :- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot critical tax posting/determination issues under pressure while maintaining data integrity.5. Leadership & Execution :- Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams through high-stakes digital transformations.6. Education :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or CA/ICWA certification (SAP FI/CO certifications are highly preferred).7.
