Work Mode : RemoteShift : 12 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM ISTKey Responsibilities : - Drive the development and/or implementation of One Identity solutions to meet security and business requirements.- Gather requirements, develop connectors, LCM events, and workflows.- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.- Perform installation and configuration of One Identity products.- Develop IAM solutions using One Identity.- Aggregate and provision users using various connectors.- Participate in projects and contribute towards achieving project objectives.- Develop audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance.- Implement code into UAT and Production as part of SDLC processes.- Monitor delivery against SLAs and address exceptions.- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.- Drive problem management, root-cause resolution, and reduction of recurring incidents.- Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate recommendations.- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.- Handle One Identity upgrades, including planning, execution, and stabilization.- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and translate technical information into business terms.- Be self-driven and motivated while working independently in a remote environment.
