We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Recruiter to join our People Team. Your primary focus will be scaling our Engineering and Product teams , finding the best technical talent in the market to build our core products.
This is an end-to-end role perfect for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt for top technical talent but also cares deeply about the employee experience after the offer is signed.
Full-Cycle Management: Own the entire recruiting pipeline from job intake and sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and closing candidates. E.g You must be comfortable distinguishing between Java and JavaScript, or React and React Native.
use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and X-Ray search to hunt for passive talent.
Non-Tech Hiring: Manage hiring for business roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations) as required to support broader company growth. Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a professional, respectful, and transparent interaction with our brand.
Experience: 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of closing technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales).
While your strength is tech, you are comfortable and experienced in hiring for non-tech/business roles. Tech Fluency: You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and can speak the language of engineers (e.g., differentiating between frontend frameworks, understanding cloud infrastructure).
