Medtronic seeks a Senior IT Training Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions for enterprise technology adoption. The role combines instructional design, adult learning expertise, and stakeholder engagement to support global end-user enablement across digital workplace technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning experiences
Facilitate engaging training sessions and create training materials, user guides, and performance support resources
Coach users through technology adoption and guide proficiency improvement with enterprise software
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop solutions
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and business outcomes
Requirements
7+ years of IT experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSc, or MBA
Experience designing and delivering training programs for enterprise software solutions
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
Experience coaching end users in technology adoption and digital workplace tools
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple priorities independently
