Medtronic seeks a Senior IT Training Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions for enterprise technology adoption. The role combines instructional design, adult learning expertise, and stakeholder engagement to support global end-user enablement across digital workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning experiences
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and create training materials, user guides, and performance support resources
• Coach users through technology adoption and guide proficiency improvement with enterprise software
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and business outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSc, or MBA
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for enterprise software solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
• Experience coaching end users in technology adoption and digital workplace tools
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple priorities independently
