Verve Therapeutics seeks a Senior iOS SDK Engineer to develop and maintain the HyBid iOS SDK, focusing on stability, performance, and backward compatibility. The role involves hands-on work with Objective-C and Swift across networking, ad rendering, and mediation integrations, with responsibility for SDK packaging, distribution, and troubleshooting in third-party applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core HyBid SDK modules with focus on stability, performance, and compatibility
- Work across networking, ad rendering, mediation, tracking, and SDK integration flows in both languages
- Build and validate SDK packaging and distribution through multiple formats; lead CocoaPods to SPM migration
- Troubleshoot complex SDK issues in third-party apps including crashes, memory leaks, and threading problems
- Build ad rendering and mediation integrations including AppLovin MAX and SKAdNetwork support
Requirements
- 6+ years professional iOS development with hands-on SDK development experience
- Strong production Objective-C coding, maintenance, and debugging skills
- Strong Swift experience and deep understanding of Swift/Objective-C interoperability
- Experience building SDKs or shared libraries for multiple third-party applications
- Deep knowledge of ARC, GCD, concurrency, memory management, and thread safety
- Understanding of static/dynamic linking, dependency management, and binary distribution
- Experience with SDK packaging using SPM, CocoaPods, .framework, or .xcframework
