Teleperformance is hiring for Senior Content Developer / Senior Instructional Designer.

Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives

• Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
• Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality

Graduate in any discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
• Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
• Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
