About the Role

We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into compelling visuals, bring stories to life through video, and lead a team of designers to create impactful digital experiences.

This role is for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on video editing expertise and the ability to guide a creative team. From social media creatives and campaign visuals to motion graphics and video content, you'll be responsible for maintaining creative quality, pushing boundaries, and ensuring every output meets the brief.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media campaigns, digital ads, brand communication, and client pitches.

• Take a hands-on approach to video editing, motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.

• Work extensively with Adobe tools, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator .

• Translate creative briefs and brand objectives into engaging visual and video content.

• Collaborate with account management, content, strategy, and social media teams to develop impactful campaigns.

• Review creative outputs, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards across projects.

• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure efficient creative workflows.

• Stay updated on design trends, video formats, motion graphics, and emerging creative tools.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and creative team management.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• A solid portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and digital campaign creatives.

• Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing creative deliverables.

• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency.

• The ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and provide clear direction to the team.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to balance creative leadership with hands-on execution.
